STEM / DRAISCI STUDIO
I was commissioned by Draisci studio to create a short film as well as photography of the 'making of their artwork, for Oundle School - STEM. The film was to show off the creative and work that went into creating the piece, as well as hopefully being an aesthetic statement in its own right.
I visited the architect at his studio in London, as well as the workshop of Zone Creations - who fabricated the piece from the three different materials chosen to show the design and build phases, then set up a time-lapse camera as well as making two site visits to the school during installation. Once complete I then returned to show how the finished project looked in situ, as well as to interview some of the students about the artwork. Film below, followed by stills, enjoy!
